Q: Is online ordering secure?
A: You may be sure that your orders will be encrypted and
securely transmitted using the latest technology. So, please,
browse from
our Current Titles, place as many as you would like into your shopping
cart (knowing that you can always remove them later if needed), and then
proceed to check out! You may pay using your Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
Q: What method of shipping do you use?
A: Most orders are shipped via USPS media mail. This
generally takes 5-14 days. Larger
orders (over $100) are shipped UPS. If you need
faster shipping for smaller
orders, please call us, or click on the link available at the top of each
page to add a $5 fee to your order which will be applied toward either USPS
Priority or UPS ground shipping.
Q: Do you give discounts for larger orders?
A: Our books are already discounted (usually 20%) off the
retail price. Shipping is free for orders over $15. We don't think you'll
find a better deal anywhere!
Q: I live outside the USA - may I still order from your
website?
A: Our website is set up for shipping within the US only,
but we welcome orders from other countries - just follow the link near the
top of each page for overseas customers.
You will be contacted about shipping costs and a special link will be sent
to you for online ordering.
Q: What about the Journal of Modern
Ministry? Does that ship outside the USA?
A: For your convenience, we have set up subscriptions to the
Journal of Modern Ministry and the back issues to ship internationally online.
The prices include shipping costs.
